Tini was born in Graz and has lived in Pinzgau since 2016. She is a trained nutritionist that transitioned into the gastronomy industry and now invests all her heart and soul in running Foodwerkstatt.
Her passion is being a host, a pastry chef and being Lady Bountiful in the back-office, overseeing operations at Foodwerkstatt. Besides running Foodwerkstatt Tini enjoys being a mum for her little boy.
